The Challenge

Ashton, the Operations Director, spearheading the company’s technological advancements, recognised that they needed an innovative solution to drive customer engagement and build brand loyalty.

Traditional paper-based loyalty systems often proved inefficient, costly, and unsustainable, making it challenging to engage customers effectively and remain competitive in an evolving market.

The Golden Receipt Charity Initiative

Leveraging NOUMI’s Golden Receipt solution, Gardner Garages turned transactions into opportunities for charity.

Customers tapped their phones on the NOUMI device to receive a digital receipt. If it turned gold, the prize amount would instantly be added to the charity fundraiser pot.

The winning amounts were directly donated to Huntley Church of England Primary School.
